Early Retreat: Closing 2012




I spent time at my brother's house this weekend.

 It was an early retreat... I had time to relish every moment that I had last December before finally closing my diary for 2012...

We continually give thanks to the Lord for all His goodness!

    It seems like you had a REALLY busy December, Melissa. What happened to Belle? Why was she hospitalized?

      Hi Irene :) I focused more on work actually :P

      My niece was hospitalized for dehydration. She was continuously vomiting and had diarrhea for several days. She was finally diagnosed of ameobiasis. She attended a party the day before she had vomiting...hmmm...

    Beautiful photos and memories to cherish, Melissa! Thank you for sharing them with us. And, I'm glad Belle is well now and is going to be taking her first Communion. How exciting! I will say a prayer for her.

      Thanks Martha :) Belle had her first communion last December 8, on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Please pray for Arvy too :) I hope the catechist will help me through with this this month :)

      She is my grandchild :) And as I told you, I have lots of them.

      I think I have a good habit of cherishing wonderful memories...I wish I gave my all in everything I did...

I scooped up TWO EMPTY CUPS before leaving that Sacred place... and whispered something to two Franciscan priests...
